General Sales and Delivery Terms for the Glass Blowing Workshop Gerd Felka
Orders
Orders can be made by telephone, fax or eMail.
The delivery date can be named with the order confirmation.
Prices
All prices in this presentation are in Euro and are subject to confirmation.
The prices contain sales tax.
Delivery conditions
The delivery of goods is at the buyer’s liability.
Delivery costs within Germany will be calculated according to the amount ordered and the price calculated.
A delivery flat rate of 5 Euros will be calculated for a Maxibrief.
All glass articles are to scale 1:12 and 1:16. In particular wine glasses, decanter sets,
fruit dishes and basket
will be packed and sent in a special packaging for fragile items.
Delivery
Different articles are in stock and can be delivered quickly.
“Standard articles” and custom-made products will be delivered within four weeks. The delivery times of particularly
rare items are determined by me.
The range “Special” contains unusual and specially chosen
articles decorated by my business partner in a very complicated and time-consuming
way and are therefore not in stock. Longer delivery times are therefore to be expected,
when the delivery of such products are confirmed by me.
Terms of payment
The following terms of payment apply:
For first time customers in Germany payment is made by bank transfer before delivery of the goods.
Regular customers can pay by invoice within 14 days of date of invoice.
Customers within the EU pay in advance by bank transfer using my IBAN account number and bank identification number (BIC).
There are no bank fees.
Should a customer wish to pay by foreign cheque, the usual bank fees will be calculated on top and the customer
will be informed by me.
Customers outside of the EU pay in advance by bank transfer in Euros.
Bank fees will be calculated on top.
Possible customs duties are to be paid by the customer.
Return of goods
The purchaser can return the goods within two weeks without any specific reason. The costs for returning the goods will be carried by the customer.
Goods sent freight collect will not be accepted.
An agreement must be reached before goods are returned.
Claims
Justified claims will be accepted within 8 days from the invoice date.
The goods must be returned in special packaging or in the original packaging.
The customer can choose whether he wants the delivery replaced or to be reimbursed.
Warning
My glass miniatures are purely collector’s items and are not considered suitable as toys.
They are produced with the utmost care. Nevertheless, due to the fragility of the products, there is the risk of injury.
These miniatures are not suitable for children under the age of 14 years.
Place of execution and court of jurisdiction is the place of business of the contractor.
The terms of sales and delivery in their most recent form apply.
