Diese Apothekenflaschen sind endlich von mir serienreif entwickelt worden. Das Besondere dieser Flaschen sind die Etiketten: diese werden - aus Schmelzfarben bestehend - im Elektroofen dauerhaft eingebrannt und sind somit absolut kratzfest und wasserbeständig.
Alte Apothekeneinrichtungen faszinieren mich schon von jeher. Es ist deshalb kein Wunder, das ich von den Vorlagen der alten Flaschen inspiriert wurde und ich diese Etiketten weiter entwickelt habe. Viele Jahre des Suchens nach einer entsprechender Druckerei haben sich gelohnt:

sind eine echte Weltneuheit.
Nur durch das Know-how dieser Druckerei, welches im Siebdruckverfahren die Etiketten herstellt, sind diese Feinheiten möglich. Dieser Auftrag war eine technische Herausforderung für die Druckerei: angefangen vom Layout, der Passgenauigkeit der Filme, die Beschichtung der feinsten Siebe bis zur Konsistenz der Druckfarben. Dazu waren einige Druckversuche notwendig. Nur diese kompetente Fachkräfte konnten meinen langen Wunsch zufrieden stellend erfüllen. Man beachte die feinen Linien und Umrisse. Das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen.
Die Apothekerflaschen aus Glas werden von mir in Klarglas, Braunes Glas, Blaues Glas, Rotes Glas und in Milchglas, viereckig, achteckig oder in rund hergestellt, welche in einer speziellen Form eingeblasen werden. Es gibt für diese Flaschen 10 verschiedene Etiketten: „Blatt“, „Dornen“, „Ranken“ "Mohr" mit verschiedenen Umrandungen und sind mit ca. 80 verschiedenen Beschriftungen insgesamt lieferbar.

I have finally been able to produce these chemist’s bottles. It is the labels that make these bottles special. They are made of enamel colour and are burned permanently in the electrical oven, so that they are absolutely scratch- and water-resistant.
Old chemist shops have always fascinated me. It is therefore not surprising, that I was inspired by samples of the old bottles and that I have developed these labels further. Many years of searching for the right printer have proved worth it:

are a true world innovation.
Only through the printer’s knowledge of the screenprinting process, in which the labels are made, are these details possible. This project was a technical challenge for the printer, starting with the layout, fitting accuracy of the films, the coating of the finest sieves to the consistancy of the printing colours. This required a series of printing trials. Only these competent experts were able to meet my wishes. Please observe the fine lines and contours. The result is something to be proud of.
The chemist’s glass bottles are produced in three different colours – clear glass, milk glass and brown glass – as well as four-edged and eight-edged finishes and are blown into a special form. There are ten different labels for these bottles: „Blatt“ (leaf), „Dornen“ (thorns) and „Ranken“ (twines) with blue and yellow-green contours. They are available in a total of 80 different kinds of lettering.

Por fin he conseguido reproducir en serie antiguos frascos de farmacia. La característica que los hace especiales son sus etiquetas decoradas con colores esmaltados que se cuecen en el horno eléctrico y así resultan resistentes al agua y a los arañazos.
Los elementos decorativos y el mobiliario de las farmacias antiguas me han fascinado desde siempre. Por eso no es de extrañar que me haya dejado inspirar por los motivos de frascos antiguos y haya seguido trabajando en el diseño de estas etiquetas. Los largos años de búsqueda del taller gráfico adecuado han merecido la pena:
„Los frascos de farmacia de cristal en miniatura con etiqueta impresa a fuego“
son una auténtica novedad mundial.
Gracias al saber hacer de este taller gráfico, que fabrica las etiquetas por el procedimiento de la serigrafía, son posibles estas sutilezas. Este encargo ha sido un reto técnico para la imprenta, desde la composición hasta la adaptación exacta de los motivos, el revestimiento de las más delicadas cribas hasta la consistencia de la tinta. Sólo después de muchas pruebas pudieron estos competentes especialistas satisfacer mis deseos por completo. El resultado es digno de verse.
Los frascos de farmacia se fabrican en tres tonos diferentes: transparente, opalino y tostado, asi como en formato cuadrado y octogonal, y se soplan en un molde especial. Para estas botellas hay 10 etiquetas con motivos diferentes : hojas, espinas y zarcillos con reborde azul y amarillo-verde, y estan disponibles con alrededor de 80 inscripciones diferentes.
